• A deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made 30 days before departure.
• Failure to pay on time will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days: No refund available.

4. Travel Requirements

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents. linksholiday is not liable for denied boarding due to documentation issues.

5. Liability and Responsibility

linksholiday is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Changes and Amendments

linksholiday reserves the right to modify schedules, destinations, or services as necessary for safety and operational reasons.

7. Governing Law

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where linksholiday operates.
